This error occurs with a windows 7 64 ultimate full retail cd, and ms patches, ms office, with no other influence from me, before I apply a single driver even. SO exactly what licensing imposed crud MS trying to do and how do I solve it? On the reload I know where to at least avoid those hidden and optional updates.
